Sept. 17 - Observance of the 800th Anniversary of the Stigmata of St. Francis of Assisi at the National Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi, 610 Vallejo St., San Francisco, CA. Mass at 12:15 p.m. in the Porziuncola Nuevo Chapel and 7 p.m. in the historic church.

Dec. - Greccio - The Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego - Greccio celebrations planned by the three Franciscan Orders in the Diocese of San Diego (part of the St. Francis Region) consisted of a committee of three OFM friars, a (non-cloistered) Poor Clare, a Third Order Sister, and five OFS members.
