OFS National Executive Council Elective Chapter
Nominations are open for officers to serve the National Executive Committee. Only Professed OFS members may submit nominations.
The election will be held at the national chapter on Sept. 13 at Bon Secours Retreat Center in Marriottsville, MD.
Eligible for nominations are fraternity members who have been professed two years, have experience of animation or leadership in an OFS council, and show active participation in a local fraternity. Nominees cannot hold a leadership position in a political party.
More specifics on qualifications can be found at OFS General Constitutions in Articles 51, 52, 65-68, 75; International Statutes Articles 8, 25-27, 46-49; and National Statutes Articles 5, 6, 11, 13.
Nominations are open until April 30 through a Google form. They also can be emailed to the Nomination Committee (Co-Chaired by Theresa Pratt, OFS and Deb Wickham, OFS), at ofsusaelections@gmail.com.
The committee will check to make sure the nominees meet the qualifications and then contact nominees to confirm acceptance.
The slate will be shared in early July 2025. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
All positions will be on the ballot. They are minister, vice-minister, secretary, treasurer, international councilor, and national councilor (three positions).
