Instructions for using these fillable form templates

1. Click on image of the form you want to use to open it in a new window.

2. Save the form in a location of your choosing.

3. Navigate to the folder where you saved the file.

4. Open the file in either Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free version), Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Pro.

5. Hover over the highlighted fillable fields to see the suggested content for the field.

6. Enter your text.  The values you enter on the first page, such as the names of newcomers, aspirants or candidates, will repeat in the like-named field on other pages.

7. Click on File and then Print. Your print dialog should look like this:
